Please fill in as much detail on the custom team order form as possible. The standard team comes with 10 players (No Goalkeeper). You can add an extra player and a flicking goalkeeper to the order by ticking the check box. The price will update accordingly.

If you do not want names or numbers on your player's then please leave the number and shirt name boxes blank. Any extra details you would like adding to the team please add in the Extras / Additional Comments box.

It would be helpful if you could give me as much reference material as possible, especially for obscure or fantasy teams.

Once you have completed the form, I will then receive the order and you will be placed in a queuing system. It is first come first served (I am but one man!). When you are near the top of the queue you will be informed of when the team has been started, from this point your team should take no longer than a week. Once the team has been complete you will be required to pay for the team via PayPal. Once payment is complete your team will be shipped to the address specified on order.

You will be kept up to date with your order at the various stages of the process.

Terms & Conditions

- All payment is through PayPal, for your protection and mine.

- Shippingy. Delivery will be Recorded First Class via Royal Mail to the UK, International Signed For Delivery for abroad. The team will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment has cleared.

- If within 7 days of receipt of your team you are not happy, you can send it back. As long as the team is in an unused condition you will receive a full refund. (You will however have to pay for return postage costs. The team must be returned via a trackable method of delivery.)
